SERVICE / LEAD SYSTEMS

Lead capture for manufacturers: every enquiry reaches someone who answers it.

We set up what happens between a buyer's first request and a conversation with your sales team, in the tools you already use. The contacts stay in your accounts.

WHAT WE SET UP

Capture, sorting and follow-up, set up together.

Each project is quoted once a short, unbilled call has set its scope, and paid before work starts. Automations inside it are priced on the hand work they save and come with a licence of use.

Capture

Contact, quote and sample forms where buyers look, plus a way to bring in trade-fair and email contacts. Each form asks only what decides who answers.

Sorting and assignment

Rules in your sales team's own words decide who takes each request. Unclear cases reach a person with the context attached instead of waiting to be noticed.

Follow-up in the CRM

Each request lands in the CRM with source, product and person responsible, a date for the next step and a list of those still unanswered.

WHO THIS HELPS

The weak point is usually after the form, not the form itself.

Industrial buyers ask before they buy: a quote, a technical question, a sample, the nearest distributor. Requests arrive by form, email, phone and trade-fair lists, and many sit in a shared inbox, wait for someone travelling or get a generic reply that misses the question.

  • Manufacturers whose website brings requests that nobody follows up
  • Brands selling to distributors, installers or trade buyers
  • Companies with a CRM the sales team does not keep up to date

HOW WE SET IT UP

From how requests arrive today to a path the team uses.

1

Short call

We note where requests arrive, who answers each type and who covers absences. Access to forms and CRM is our own where each tool allows it, limited to this job, never your password.

2

Follow requests, write the rules

We trace recent requests from form to reply, note where each one waited and write the rules in plain language with your sales team.

3

Set up and test

Forms, rules and CRM fields are configured in your team's software and tested with real requests before the old way of working is switched off.

4

Approve and adjust

One person in sales approves the rules before they go live; real requests then show where they need correcting.

WHAT IT DOES NOT DO

Where lead capture ends and other work begins.

A lead system answers the demand you already have. It does not generate leads, run advertising or cold email, or promise enquiry volumes or conversion rates.

Forms need a place on every page

Web architecture, for a structure that holds forms on every product and sector page.

Quotes and other sales tasks repeat

Automation, when repeated sales work is worth turning into software.

Buyers' questions deserve their own pages

GEO content, for pages that answer technical questions and end in a form.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions about a lead capture project.

Do we have to change our CRM?
No. We work with your current CRM, whether HubSpot, Pipedrive or a shared spreadsheet. Choosing a new one is a separate decision, best taken in an hour of consulting.
Which parts can be automated?
Usually assigning clear cases, reminders when a request waits too long and copying data into the CRM. While a bag of hours is active, a three to five hour diagnosis of what to automate is free.
Can distributor and end-customer requests be handled differently?
Yes. Trade requests can go to one person, end-customer questions to the nearest distributor and technical ones to engineering first, as your company already divides them.
Will this increase our sales?
It removes one reason for losing them: requests nobody answers. Whether that turns into more sales depends on offer, price and market, and we do not forecast it.

WHERE TO BEGIN

Tell us where your requests arrive and who answers them today.

A rough list is enough: forms, inboxes, trade fairs, phone. We propose a short call to scope the project or, if sales need organising first, an hour of consulting.
