SERVICE / CONSULTING BY THE HOUR

Hourly consulting for manufacturers and brands with a decision to make.

Video calls to settle one decision at a time, from marketing and Amazon to whether a process is worth automating. Each hour costs €120.

WHAT A SESSION COVERS

Six kinds of question we take by the hour.

You pay for the hours before the session and no monthly fee applies today, so you book only when a decision comes up.

Marketing to industrial and B2B buyers

How technical buyers look for a supplier today, what the website and product pages must say, and where LinkedIn, search and fairs fit.

Amazon

Whether Amazon makes sense for the catalogue, Seller or Vendor, which products to list first, and what Amazon Business changes when the buyer is a company.

Ecommerce and web

Your own online shop, marketplaces or both; what the current website is for, what it lacks and which parts to keep or rebuild.

Pricing and channel choice

One price policy across distributors, marketplaces and direct sales, so a new channel does not undercut the ones that already sell.

Automate, buy or build

Which repeated tasks are worth automating, whether an existing tool already covers them, and where AI helps or adds risk.

New markets

Which marketplace to open next, or how to reach Europe from outside the EU: the order of steps and the specialist each one needs.

WHO IT IS FOR

Companies that make or own the product and have no one in-house for this.

Manufacturers, industrial companies and product brands that sell through distributors, their own sales people or an online shop, and now face a digital or marketplace decision. A session fits when the question is specific and hiring an agency or a new team member has not been decided.

Sessions draw on the same practice that builds Amazon catalogues, web and automation at ENNPHASIS, and on years of direct account management across European and US Amazon marketplaces.

  • An industrial SME whose website brings no enquiries
  • A brand on Amazon that wants a second opinion

HOW IT WORKS

From the question to the decision.

1

The question

You write the decision you face. If a session fits, we confirm how many hours it needs; if it does not, we say so.

2

Booking and material

You book those hours and send what we asked for: the figures at hand, links to the website, listings or tool, and who decides. Rough figures are enough.

3

The session

A video call on the question, working from the numbers and material you sent. No access to your accounts is needed.

4

Summary on request

If you ask for it, a brief written summary of what was decided, the options dropped and the steps that follow, within the hours booked.

LIMITS

What a session leaves out, and where the work goes next.

A session forecasts no rankings, sales or timelines, and it is not tax, customs or legal advice: we name what to take to a qualified adviser. Execution is quoted apart.

A product that belongs on Amazon

We build it for its marketplace at a closed price per product, and the follow-up tasks come out of a prepaid bag of hours.

FAQ

Common questions about sessions

How are sessions booked and invoiced?
In whole hours of video call, with a one-hour minimum. Reading the material we ask for beforehand is included, and the invoice is issued in euros, without VAT.
Is one session enough?
Yes, when the question is narrow: whether to list a product line on Amazon, which shop platform to use, whether a tool is worth buying. Broader questions can take two or three sessions, and we say so before booking.
What if the answer is to do nothing?
Then we say so, with the reasons. Waiting, or staying out of a channel, is also a decision.
