SERVICE / SELLING IN EUROPE

Selling on Amazon Europe, from the first listing to the next store.

For manufacturers outside the EU and for brands already in one European store. We build the listings in each language, prepare the Amazon account and plan logistics through Spain; licensed partners sign tax, customs and product safety.

REQUIREMENTS

Six blocks between a product and its first Amazon Europe order.

Same list for every starting point; what differs is how much is already done. A qualified adviser confirms how each item applies.

Layer output

VAT registration

A non-EU company with stock in Spain needs a Spanish VAT number and usually a fiscal representative; Amazon asks for a VAT number wherever stock sits. We align Seller Central's tax settings.

  • Spanish VAT number
  • Fiscal representative
  • OSS or IOSS choice
Signed byTax adviser

Layer output

EORI and import clearance

Goods entering the EU need an EORI number and a registered customs representative. We prepare the EORI application and declaration data: descriptions, tariff codes, values and origin.

  • EORI number
  • Import declaration
  • Duties paid before delivery
Signed byCustoms agent

Layer output

EU responsible person and product rules

An EU-based operator must answer for product safety, and Amazon asks for its details on each listing. Toys and other harmonised products also need CE marking and a technical file, which we gather.

  • Responsible person appointed
  • CE marking where it applies
  • Labels in the local language

Layer output

EPR registrations

Packaging producers not established in Spain appoint an authorised representative; electronics and batteries have their own registers. Amazon asks sellers in Spain for an EPR number. We prepare the data to declare.

  • Packaging registration in Spain
  • Germany and France for Pan-European FBA
  • Packaging weights by material
Signed byAuthorised representative

Layer output

Seller account, listings and A+ content

Amazon verifies the identity, address, bank account and people behind the business, from documents we prepare. Then each product is built for each marketplace.

  • Verification documents
  • Listings in each language
  • A+ content design
Signed byYou, the seller

Amazon FBA or a warehouse in Spain

Stock goes straight to Amazon or first to our logistics partner in Spain, which receives containers, prepares FBA shipments, ships orders you fulfil and handles returns. We choose with you.

  • Direct FBA
  • Receiving and prep in Spain
  • Pan-European FBA decision

WHO DOES WHAT

Our part, the partners' part and yours.

Our work is charged up front, with no monthly management fee today. We keep one file per product, so every partner describes the same item.

What we do

The documents and data each partner needs, and listings, keyword research and A+ content at a closed price per product and marketplace. After launch, fixes, stock and account health draw on the prepaid bag of hours.

See Amazon operations →

What licensed partners sign

The tax, customs, product and packaging steps in the list are signed by licensed firms, plus a lab where the law requires tests. You appoint and pay them; if you have none yet, we help you find them.

What stays yours

The Amazon account, brand, product data and content, all in your name, and the decision to open each market. Our access is our own, with the permissions of the agreed job and never your password; you can withdraw it.

HOW A LAUNCH RUNS

From the first call to the stores that follow.

1

First call

We go through the product, where it is made, the target stores and what already exists, such as company, trademark, barcodes and certificates. A full review of every requirement is booked as an hourly consulting session.

2

Paperwork and listings in parallel

Registrations move forward with the partners while we prepare the verification documents, keyword research, listings and A+ content.

3

Stock in, first store live

Stock arrives cleared at an Amazon warehouse or at our partner's warehouse in Spain. Listings go live once Amazon has verified the account and accepted the product details.

4

Next stores

Each additional store opens with the same work adapted to its language, once the VAT and packaging registrations it needs are in place.

LIMITS

Where this service stops, and what comes before or after.

This service gives no tax, customs or legal advice and promises no rankings or sales. Deciding first, adding one store or reading up each have their own page.

Deciding before committing

Which store comes first, what the product needs and which registrations your business can keep up, settled in an hourly session before you commit.

See hourly consulting →

One more store once the registrations exist

When only the listing work is left, opening one more marketplace for a product already live is part of Amazon operations.

FAQ

Questions manufacturers ask before selling on Amazon Europe

Does a manufacturer need an EU company to sell on Amazon Europe?
Not necessarily. A non-EU manufacturer can sell through Amazon with the registrations listed above, without setting up an EU subsidiary. Your tax adviser confirms the right structure for your case.
Is Pan-European FBA the right setup?
It depends on the product, the margin and how many VAT registrations you are ready to keep. The alternative is stock in one country serving the other stores through Amazon's European Fulfilment Network. The choice is made with your tax adviser, with the trade-offs written down.
How long until the first order?
It depends on steps outside our hands: registrations issued by the authorities, customs, Amazon's verification and the first shipment, so we give no date. A written list of open items shows what is done, what waits on a partner and what comes next.
Does the brand need a trademark?
Not to sell. A+ content and Amazon's brand tools need Brand Registry, which requires a trademark registered with an office Amazon recognises, such as the EU trademark office (EUIPO). You or an IP agent file it; listings can go live first and A+ follows.
