Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 10, 2026.
1. Who is responsible
ENNPHASIS LLC is the controller for this website and the internal social publishing workflow described here. Our registered address is 1209 Mountain Road PL NE STE N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. For privacy, access, withdrawal or deletion requests, contact legal@ennphasis.com.
2. Scope of the internal publishing workflow
The workflow is operated by ENNPHASIS’s sole operator for a connected personal LinkedIn profile. It is not a public social network, a service for third-party accounts, or a LinkedIn Page-management tool.
3. Website contact enquiries
The public website links to an external Tally contact form. When a visitor submits that form, Tally processes the required name, email address and message, CAPTCHA information, and the hidden attribution fields for UTM source, medium, campaign, term and content, landing URL and referrer. We use this information to receive, assess and respond to the enquiry.
Tally acts as the form provider for this collection. We retain enquiry information only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and related recordkeeping, unless a longer period is required by law. The form is external to this website and Tally’s own privacy terms also apply to its processing.
4. LinkedIn data we process
When the LinkedIn connection is enabled, the workflow may process an OAuth access token and, where issued, a refresh token; token expiry and granted scopes; a LinkedIn/OIDC subject or member identifier; and, when returned under profile, a name and profile picture. It may also process the captions, links, media, chosen publication time, provider post identifiers and delivery status for posts prepared and approved by the operator.
The intended LinkedIn permission set is openid, profile and w_member_social. We do not intend to request the email scope. No organization permissions or legacy LinkedIn permissions are part of this intended configuration.
5. Why we process LinkedIn data
We use this data to connect the personal profile, prepare and review posts, transmit an approved post through the applicable platform connection, maintain a minimal operational record and investigate delivery errors. We do not use LinkedIn data for advertising, audience targeting, scraping or profile aggregation.
6. Providers and transfers
The self-hosted Postiz installation processes connection data, content and media for this workflow. It transmits the approved publishing request and necessary content to LinkedIn. Database backups are kept in Cloudflare R2 storage configured in the EU. These providers receive only the data needed for their respective roles.
We do not sell LinkedIn data or represent that ENNPHASIS, this workflow or any post is sponsored, verified or endorsed by LinkedIn.
7. Retention, withdrawal and deletion
Live connection data and operational records are retained only while needed for the workflow, unless a longer period is required by law. You may withdraw access using the relevant LinkedIn account controls and may request disconnection or deletion at legal@ennphasis.com. A request must identify the connected account so that we can locate the relevant data.
For an active connection, the deletion procedure must remove the relevant LinkedIn data and access credentials from the live workflow. Backup copies are not individually edited: they expire under the database backup’s GFS retention schedule, which can retain a copy for up to 185 days. If backup data is restored for recovery, the deletion request must be reconciled again in the restored environment.
8. Activation gate for LinkedIn
LinkedIn publishing is not activated by this policy alone. Before activation, ENNPHASIS must verify that the implemented scopes match this policy, that the live deletion and backup-reconciliation procedure is working, and that the intended timing of publication is permitted under the applicable LinkedIn terms. Until those conditions are decided and verified, the workflow may prepare and approve content but must not activate a LinkedIn publishing path.
9. Website storage
The public website uses technical browser storage for its colour-theme preference and, where applicable, a consent preference. Details are in our Cookie Policy. The website source currently contains no analytics or advertising tracking scripts.
10. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy before materially changing the LinkedIn scopes, data flow, providers or retention approach.
