SERVICE / AI SYSTEMS

Operational AI systems for the work your team repeats every week.

We choose one task that lands on your team week after week, such as a sales report or supplier replies, and build an AI system around it. A named person approves each result before it is used.

WHAT IT TAKES OFF YOUR TEAM

Three kinds of repeated work where a first draft by AI saves time.

Each system is priced on the work it returns to your team each month, after a three-to-five-hour diagnosis, free while you hold a bag of hours. Paid upfront and licensed; AI provider charges are yours.

Commentary on your reports

The weekly sales, stock or advertising figures you already export, with a short reading of what changed. Numbers are copied untouched; the AI drafts only the comment.

Replies and documents in your voice

Answers to distributors, suppliers or customers and product descriptions drafted from your own examples and rules. Nothing is sent until someone has read it.

Answers from your own files

Questions about technical sheets, procedures or certificates answered from your documents, with the source named so each answer can be checked.

WHAT IT IS

The AI drafts. Your team decides what goes out.

An AI system is a language model built into one part of your daily work, with what makes it dependable: the sources it reads, a written standard for a good result and a plan for mistakes. It works where the task already happens, in email, spreadsheets or shared folders.

  • Fixed rules could do it without a model: automation
  • A whole recurring job run alone, step by step: an AI agent
  • Reading or judgement, with a person signing off: an AI system

HOW A PERSON REVIEWS IT

Four stages between your material and anything that goes out.

The review step is agreed in writing before anything is built.

Layer output

Your material, as it is today

Exports, emails, product sheets or notes, taken from where they live. The system points out what is missing.

  • Real examples from your team
  • Sources it may use

The AI prepares a first pass

Always in the agreed format. Cases the rules do not cover are flagged for a person.

  • Source shown with each answer

Layer output

Your reviewer accepts, edits or rejects

Someone on your team who knows the work. Nothing reaches a customer, a supplier or a live listing without that approval.

  • Rejections carry a reason

Layer output

Corrections improve the next round

Edits and rejections are kept and become the test cases for any later change.

  • Every result logged

WHAT STAYS OUTSIDE

Outside this service, and where to find it instead.

No AI that sends, publishes or changes your accounts without a person's approval, no customer-facing chatbot, no saving promised before the diagnosis and no legal or tax opinions.

The whole job should run alone

AI agents take a recurring job end to end, inside written limits.

The steps never change

Automation follows fixed rules without a model, so it costs less to run and maintain.

The sources are scattered or unreliable

Data readiness puts the files the AI would read in order first.

You are unsure AI is worth it

A consulting session settles whether a task should go to AI or stay as it is.

FAQ

Questions about AI systems

Which AI model do you use?
The one that handles your task best when tested on your own cases, from an established provider. The quote explains the choice.
What happens to our data?
It reads only the sources agreed for the task, through access you grant and can remove. The provider that processes it, and on what terms, is agreed before the build. The data stays yours.
What happens when the AI model changes?
Providers retire models on their own schedule. Before a switch, your saved cases run through the new model against results your team approved; if they differ, the instructions are adjusted first. The check is part of optional maintenance or comes from the bag of hours.

Tell us which task your team repeats most.

Name the task, how often it comes up and who checks it now. We answer with where to begin: the diagnosis if your bag of hours is active, a consulting session otherwise.
