SERVICE / ECOMMERCE OPERATIONS

Amazon, your shop and distributors selling one catalogue without undercutting each other.

For manufacturers and brands selling through more than one channel. We help decide which products go where and at what price, build the Amazon side and automate the repeated work between channels.

WHAT WE DO

Four pieces of work, each charged on its own terms.

No single multi-channel fee: each piece is charged its own way and paid before work starts. Your shop, seller accounts, price lists and product data stay in your name.

Channel and price decisions

Consulting to decide which products go to Amazon, which stay with distributors, what your own shop is for and each channel's price floor. Booked by the hour.

The Amazon side

Closed-price listings per product and marketplace, further countries when the numbers justify them, and recurring account tasks, which draw on a prepaid bag of hours.

Repeated work between channels

Stock updates, order exports, price checks and combined reports, automated where it pays. Priced on the manual hours saved each month, under a licence of use.

Product data for every channel

One source for measures, codes, certificates and claims, checked before it reaches each channel. A first look is charged to the bag; larger work is quoted.

WHO IT IS FOR

Each channel works on its own until they share stock, prices and product data.

A manufacturer with distributors that adds Amazon. A brand with its own shop that also sells on marketplaces. A company shipping pallets to wholesalers and single units to consumers. Sometimes the right answer is fewer channels: the first session may conclude that one should shrink or close, and that decision is yours.

  • Stock and orders: one channel sells units another already promised
  • Prices: a discount in one channel undercuts distributors or Amazon
  • Product data: differing measures or claims multiply errors per channel

HOW IT STARTS

From a short call to the first piece of work.

1

Short call

You tell us your channels, where they collide and what you want to change. The call is not billed; if the problem sits in one channel, we name the service that fits.

2

Consulting session

With whoever sets prices, we go through channels, price lists, stock locations and tools, and settle the rules between channels. Rough figures are enough; a written summary only on request.

3

Quoted work

Each piece that follows is priced on its own and taken in the order that makes sense, starting with the channels worth keeping.

WHERE IT STOPS

What this service leaves to others.

No sales, margin or growth figures are promised. Tax returns, customs clearance and legal work stay with your advisers.

Entering Europe with its tax, customs and logistics

Selling in Europe, when the next channel is in another European country, also when production is outside the EU.

Your own shop has to be rebuilt

Web architecture, when the shop or website cannot carry the channel rules without a new structure.

FAQ

Questions about selling through several channels

Do you manage all our channels every month?
No, and there is no monthly fee for running them. You pay for tasks done and hours saved: recurring work goes through the pieces above, each with its own price.
Do we have to replace our ERP or shop platform?
Usually not. We connect the tools you already use where it pays, and propose a replacement only when one cannot apply the channel rules.
Does it cover wholesale and distributors?
Yes. Distributor price lists and wholesale orders are part of the channel rules. The relationship with each distributor stays with you; we do not negotiate on your behalf.
Can stock and prices be kept in sync automatically?
Often, yes, once the rules are written. If a bag of hours is running, working out what to automate, three to five hours of work, is not charged.

NEXT STEP

Which channels do you sell through, and where do they collide?

Tell us the channels, the products in each and what goes wrong between them. The reply names the first step, usually an hour of consulting.
