We read it
A person reads the message and checks which service, if any, fits what you describe.
CONTACT
The form asks for a short description, in English or Spanish, with no budget to fill in, no service to choose and no automatic sales sequence behind it. A person reads every message.
WHAT HELPS US ANSWER
Any one of the three already gives the reply something concrete to work with.
The product or catalogue, and the channels or Amazon marketplaces where it sells today, if any.
Products not yet on Amazon, a new country to open, an account problem, a decision about Amazon, repeated manual work or a website that brings no enquiries.
The result you expect when the work is done: products live in one marketplace, a second country open, a decision taken or a task no longer done by hand.
AFTER YOU SEND IT
Three steps from your message to an agreed job.
A person reads the message and checks which service, if any, fits what you describe.
The reply names what fits: product creation or a new marketplace at a closed price, the prepaid bag of hours, an hourly consulting session or a quote. If nothing fits, it says so.
Closed-price work, the bag of hours and consulting can be agreed from the reply. Anything that needs a quote starts with a short call that sets the scope and is not charged.
BEFORE YOU WRITE
What work do you take on, and for whom?
Three services for manufacturers and brands: Amazon operations, Consulting by the hour and Selling in Europe. Automation, AI, data and web projects are quoted once the task is clear. Agencies, consultancies and logistics providers that keep the client relationship can write too: we agree at the start who speaks with the client, and the client knows we do the technical part.
Do I need to know which service I need?
No. Describing the situation is enough; choosing the service is part of our reply.
Is there a minimum project size?
No. One product in one marketplace, or a single consulting session, is a valid way to start.
What should stay out of the first message?
Passwords, sales figures and client names. What you send is used only to answer you and scope the work, and nothing appears in public material without your written consent. Once work starts, we use our own access and never your password.

Rough notes are enough; the reply tells you what comes next.
